What are the revenue reporting options in Orderart Platform?

Revenue reports are vital for any business. There are multiple revenue reports to leverage in the platform. 
 

All-in-One Report - This report is the most used report to look at the daily, weekly, or monthly revenue prior to stripe or delivery fee deductions. There is a filter by timeline, and you can further drill down based on the type of order when you click on the data points.

Please note that the daily and weekly revenue information is also available in the Admin app.




Stripe Payouts Report – this report reflects live changes to net balance available directly from Stripe for every order that is processed through the website and table ordering. The live net revenue added is total revenue minus the delivery charges (if its an Orderart managed delivery service) and stripe fee applicable. The reporting integrations are automated so at any point a live order can be placed to validate the agreed charges.



Please note that stripe payout report is also available in the Admin app login for each site.



Delivery Orders Report – This report captures all the delivery orders through the platform. You can see the total order value, distance from location, total fee charged and the splits between the restaurant and the customer. This can help you fine tune the delivery fee charged at checkout observing the trends.

Sales report list every order processed through the website, POS and table ordering. You can export this report as csv if you needed to run this data through your company's data analytics tools for specific trends.

Sales growth report – Charts of daily orders and value of orders. There is other tab in this report that show the usage of promo and you can apply filters as well.

By date summary report – captures every order by customer name, date, type of order and spend.
