Troubleshoot a print receipt in a loop

This document will help you troubleshoot an issue where the printer is stuck printing receipts in a loop.


Step 1 : Take the printer roll out of the printer.


Step 2 : Turn the printer On


Step 3 : Download this utility (PrinterSetting_en_US_3.1.3.20251126.exe.zip) on a Windows laptop.





Step 4 : Connect the printer with the USB cable that arrived with the printer directly to the windows laptop.


Step 5 : Open the Utility and clear tickets as per the snapshot below.



Step 6 : Restart the printer
