Q. If the driver cancelled a delivery request and did not pick up the order, how do we request the delivery fee refund directly to the customer?
A. Fill up the form below and delivery fee will be refunded directly to the customer's card within 48 hours. It might take a few days to reflect the partial refund in the account.
Q. What should I do if the order was picked up by the delivery partner's driver but for some reasons could not be delivered. And would like to request a full refund on behalf of the customer?

all 1800 958 316 Option 4 (Drive Merchant) and speak to the customer service representative. The delivery partner would issue a refund, CC support@orderart.com.au on refund communication to process the refund to customer's card. All refund requests are processed in 48 hours.
